I was wondering what psi I should run on my shock, relative to my weight?

It’s my first full suspension bike.

Currently riding a Haibike Sduro Full Fat Six.

I am at the moment, a portly 88kg.

Did you get a manual with the bike? There should be a section on suspension settings in there.

I only have the full manual in German.

Edit: checked fork leg, has psi weight guide, but is that just for the fork?

As a basic rule of thumb the PSI setting for your shock is your weight and add about 20% - 25% for the sag

Just to add 88kg is around 190lb which will be the psi

So should I do 22.5%?

What would be the difference between the two when it comes to the bike?

Stupid question, but it says I need a Rockshox shock pump? I think it just means I need any kind of shock pump.

Have one, no worries.

Yes any shock pump a good one is the Topeak DXG
