Hi all, since a few weeks I experience regular cut outs of the dyname 3.0 on my rides. There is no pattern to it, so I am bit lost in finding the source. has anyone experienced something similiar? any chance to solve the issues without getting a dealer involvde?
Thanks

I don't know how they would, but have you pulled the cover off and checked all your connections are tight? Same with the iwoc, maybe you snagged it on something.

Have you tried recalibrating the torque sensor?

Thanks Sudastone. I was not aware I can recalibrate the torque sensor myself. Can you share some more information?

Yes, all connections are tight.

Here you go. It's easier to watch it being done than me trying to write it down. Only takes a couple of seconds to do. I'd do it in the garage or someplace with shade to make it easier to see the LEDs change color.

Hi Sudastone, unfortunetally, it did not do the trick. Still having the cut outs.
But thanks anyway!

That's to bad. You can try emailing RM tech support. It usually takes a few days for them to respond but the good thing is that they will give a reply of substance and not some one liner of "have you tried turning it off and on again?"

Edit: How fast are you going when it cuts out? In the US the motor will cut out when I get over 20-22mph. Aren't the European models set for a lower top speed?

Reached out to RM tech support and also connected with my dealer. so far no solution. Once I get the source of the issue I will post it back here.
I think the cut of is at 25km/h in europe. And I definitly do not drive that spead uphill.. :)
