Always a contrast in comments from different reviewers. Singletrack reviewer thought the 'low' position was preferable everywhere. Loam Wolf preferred the bike in the High position for everything except all day steep riding.
Interesting that Loam Wolf now describe the Rise as 'stiff' - "not just stiffer than the old Rise that was a bit flexy" but stiff in the absolute sense compared to other bikes.
The 36 Grip X fork also seems to be getting mixed reviews - some saying the GripX is the best damper out there, others talking of it having overdamped/spiking issues.
