Rise extender question.

Hi all,
Just installed the extender and fully charged it and the bike to.
When I turn both on, the extender shows it is full for a couple of seconds and then the blue led lights turn off.
Is this normal?

Yes. Same on mine.Bike draws from the extender first.Connecting cable is a bugger to remove from the bike the 1st few times and impossible with cold wet fingers

Yes you dont turn the battery on the button is just to check charge status. Once connected when the bike is turned on it will use the extender first then seamlessly switch to the bike battery.
