Review Ride Wrap VS bike rack,,

After spending pretty much an entire day stripping, cleaning & very carefully installing the tailored kit to my 2 ride old Fluid Vlt I carted my bike on non foam padded tow ball rack for the 1st time, well over 24hrs recommended after install didnt end so well,,,

You can prob imagine my various "non happy feelings" on finding this,

Hind sight the rack being the type with just rubber sleeves not foam was prob totally the wrong thing to use here but ive carted my honest Optic dozens of times & not even marked the paint & didnt see any warnings etc around racking your bike on the site or instructions, guess there not expecting people to be stupid,,,

Waiting to hear back from them on this.

They got back to me,
Were only to keen to point me to the "warranty terms & conditions" which make it clear that other than 10yrs of "no cracking or yellowing" they basically don't want to know.

TBH a near prefect example of total crap customer service, not even a "sorry to hear that - here's a free shipping code" to replace that piece let alone a discount offer,,, I mean what kind of "who care's about the $$" company would do such a ludicrous thing, really well done 11/10 example of profit over people,

I read somewhere about using a hairdryer to repair marks and scratches in the ridewrap. Perhaps try a gentle heat and see if it reforms smoothly?
