Replacing chain and sprockets

Hi all a not so young newbie here!

Bought a chain checker and the thing told me I should have changed the chain long ago
Now I'm looking, the chainring teeth looked hooked so I have to change it all. Looking around I'm now confused as there seem to be different manufacturer parts used.
According to Lapierre I have a
FSA CK745 170mm, 32/44T ring and a
Shimano HG50,11x36T, 10-speed cassette.

Now the Shimano Deore cassette is easy enough to find.
I'm struggling to understand what chainring to purchase (the outer 44T as the inner 32 looks OK)
and what chain should I get??

By the way its a 2017 Lapierre Overvolt XC300 with a Yamaha motor.

It looks like it could be a regular 104 BCD chainring, in which case any standard (not narrow wide) 10 spd compatible one will work.
Refer to this drawing and have a measure

Chainring BCD diagram

Chain can be any 10 spd you're happy with
Thanks so much, very informative.

Been having a look and am a bit bamboozled by what's available !
Tell me if Im wrong, but am I looking for a 44T outside chain ring 10 speed?

If so I'm finding it very hard to locate one, they all seem to be out of stock!

Yes, 44t, 104BCD (if the measurements I mentioned are correct) outside

Try these:
Shimano FCM440 Chainrings | Chain Reaction Cycles
Think this is a steel ring

Shimano Deore FCM590 9 Speed Triple Chainrings | Chain Reaction Cycles

Don't worry about them saying 9spd, will work just fine. For your drivetrain, the chainrings need to have ramps and pins to help the chain lift from the small ring to the big ring. Both of these have them.

Great stuff!!

So would the Deore ring be comparable with this cassette Shimano Deore HG50 10 Speed MTB Cassette | Chain Reaction Cycles ? and any this HG-X chain? Shimano Deore HG54 HG-X 10 Speed Chain | Chain Reaction Cycles

Sorry to keep on asking questions it looks a minefield!

Yes, the cassette is the same as that originally specced on the bike
General specs here Lapierre Overvolt XC 300 E-Bike 2017 | Chain Reaction Cycles

The above spec list doesn't mention the chain, but what you've linked to will be fine, may have to shorten it to suit so you'll need a chain splitter if you haven't got one.
For a one stop shop this will do Topeak Universal Chain Breaker Tool | Chain Reaction Cycles
Thanks so much for your help, I owe you a virtual pint ?
