Replaced broken System Controller: How to pair Flow app and Mini Remote?

The bike shop replaced my cracked System Controller today. I didn't notice until I got home that the Flow app no longer recognises the bike and obviously the Mini Remote doesn't either.

Can I re-pair all of this myself or does the shop need to do it? I've paired The Flow app is still looking for the original System Controller. Any help would be hugely appreciated! Thanks.

delete the blutooth connection to the original controller on your phone. Delete and reinstall the flow app with your Bosch account details. Then initiate the pairing process with the new controller from scratch using the flow app.
