Removing the battery from a new 2020

After turning the key nothing.
Even when I push down on the battery.
It stays locked?
What am I doing wrong?

Didn´t remove it yet on mine 2020 140.
But in the 2019 you need to do a small pusch on the key to have it unlock/click. As the lock are same brand supose they should be similar. Do you feel any click?

strange. my 2020 cube SL unlocks fine. can be fiddly sometimes. you have to make sure the key is pushed all the way in

Turn the key clockwise to unlock (towards handlebars). no need to push, the battery will just release. you can then just press the latch on top of the battery to fully release

On the powertube 625, there is like a button that has to be pressed down. I know this thread is old but I didn't understand the first few times so if new owners are confused then I hope this helps.

Turn key but turn it properly, strong and then battery will go out.
