Reach Adjust Headset Setting

What are you guys running your Reach Adjust Headsets at? What size frame?

I’m trying to decide on which way to go -5mm or +5mm for my RH3 — 5’10” and the graphic is saying go -5mm.

Thoughts?

I have +5mm reach on all of my Crestlines. I'm 6ft 1in tall and ride a RH-3. -5mm reach will be more snappy and +5mm will be more stable.

I’m 6’4”. Have a RH4 frame with +5 on the headset. Don’t feel stretched or cramped so it must be about right

I'm 5 10, rh3. I have mine set to -5.
I could happily ride all 3 settings, but it's comfier pedalling with the bars close tbh
