Levo SL Gen 1 Range Extender Plug coming loose

I have notice the RE cable working itself loose every so often while riding. Is this common or am I not seating it properly.

Motor end. It's been behaving lately, maybe it was getting kicked.

could be you didnt have it pushed in far enough so the lock wasnt doing its job!

You may not be seating it properly. The plug requires a good amount of pressure during insertion and needs to be rotated 90 degrees to fully engage and lock. You should feel and hear a “click” when it locks in place. Once locked it won’t release unless you rotate the lever back counterclockwise.
