Hi,
Got the 9.9 for a about 3-4 months now,
  1. Seat post got bent. (will be replaced under warranty)
  2. Tire pressure gadget stopped working (warranty)
  3. rear wheel hub seems getting shredded ( see my hub pic, I checked mine as a friend with Rail got his completely broken and replaced under warranty )
To me it seems a lot of stuff going bad, not due to crashes, comparing to my old bikes. So, Is this what to expect, some part to break every month ? or is this only my bike ?

That rear hub looks like possibly your rear axel came loose. An issue reported by many here. i have been checking mine and no problems. however I did have it happen on my 2020 Trek Fuel EX 9.7 that has basically the same hub?

Did you replace it under warranty ?

So, Reliability not so high, If axle getting loose and hub fail is common ?

Anyone ever got his dropper post bent ?

My FUEL EX hub/axel did not need replacement. During my normal 1 min. hardware check i noticed a little play in the rear wheel when i was pushing on it. I just tightened the axel.

My Fuel had a Fox 150mm transfer seat post. It was noticeably less sticky in the top position than the RAIL with the bontrager 150. I need to get my butt just right to get the the bontrager post to start its travel down. No bends though, can't see how it could bend with out some sort of get off or crazy landing with the seat in the up position.

I used to have a Rail 9.9 (only for a few weeks) and swapped it for a Levo SL.

I had the 170mm AXS dropper on both bikes. After about 9 months, it’d need bled every ride or 2 (jam the red T shaped tool into the bottom and push the post in) because it wouldn’t go down properly. It’d work for a while and start sticking again.

It was returned to SRAM, and they replaced it under warranty saying it was bent. Not sure how… or what caused it - but I was glad it was covered!

Well, went to Trek dealer to check the Hub.
He claims "someone" (looking at me) connected the cassette wrong. No warranty, as the hub is still usable. Always nice to visit Trek, makes you feel good.

O, also I got a lecture on "don't kick the paddles to hard, as this can make the Hub go bad", cool.

BTW, I did not connect the cassette, only took it off.

Took my rail into the LBS for a software update and to enable the headlight. Asked them to ride it and tell me if the slight thump I can feel after coasting and then starting to pedal was normal, they said it was. No noticeable difference after the up date except that I can turn on my Lezyme 1000 head light. Went for a night ride and the head light works really well. I did notice the need for a helmet mounted light also for cornering around trees/bushes. This LBS sells Trek and Specialized, the guy i talked with said many people are switching from the levo to the rail for motor reliability reasons.

The 150 dropper on my 6 month old Rail is very sticky and has been from new. I have to pump it a few times before every ride to sort of wake it up! I took it back to the LBS I bought it from and was told thats how it is and they're just not very good droppers!
