Hi guys,
here is the post of my « RAFALE » project.
I know ; it’s one more DIY E10 but I guess some of you will enjoy following.
First, I which to thanks all of the ones whom shared information on this forum.
It has been and it is still helpfull to make my choice.

The 08th of may I ordered the M510 FC2.0 to « Chili Shen », who's « Anna Shen » on Alibaba
Changzhou Fieldebikes Co., Ltd
Estimated delivery : Wednesday, May 24 between 10:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M.

Today, I ordered the E10 frame, size 17.5’’ to « Ben Rides » on the forum ; being « Cao Alice » on Alibaba
Dengfu Sports Equipments Co., Ltd
I asked for the Grey matt PT443C so shipping would be, according to my understanding, within 3 weeks. (Cross fingers)

I plan a 13S3P DIY Battery with Samsung INR21700-50E 4900mAh - 9.8A
48V 15Ah 720Wh

I have ordered a SUONI SSE-103 empty case. I hope I could feed it with the INR21700

I have ordered the GX Eagle AXS + Cassette + Chain separatly to surprisely get a better price than a full set.
On Bikediscount: 580€

For the fork, finaly, I will go for a 36K instead the 38K. (A lot cheaper and a few lighter)
Fork length according to the E10 Geometry [560mm] and Fox fork data sheets: Fox data sheets
27.5'' Wheels:
160mm [553,6mm]
170mm [563,6mm]
29" Wheels:
150mm [561,0mm]

After hesitating, I finaly went for 29" wheels.
So, according to the E10 geometry I took the fork 36K 150mm [561,0mm]
Main components are now ordered.
Ancilary components will be decided when I will get the frame to be sure to order the right size (Seat post, stem, etc.)

Bad decision on cassette and chain imho. This bike eats the drivetrain for breakfast. Keep an eye on Your chain wear, my chains are lasting appr. 1.300 km only. After 5.000 km on my E10 M510 I‘m on 4th chain and 2nd cassette.

Arrrg!!! Which Sram cassette and chain would you recommend?

For information: To complete the drivetrain set, the chain ring is a "Sram X-Sync 2 X01/XX1 Eagle 104mm 34T"

I would use the Sram NX 12 spd., appr. 70€. Little heavier, but half the price

My mobile phone shooting effect is not good, and the packaging warehouse environment is a bit poor. I was in a hurry to take the photos. After receiving the goods, take a new one.

Last order today. It will remain the seat post rod. I wait for the frame to be sure of the inner lenght possible.
