Quick link that fits the original chain for M20?

I always been anxious about breaking a chain during the ride.
Is that an increased risk with emtb's?

In general, can anyone guide me which chain is recommended to use with the M20, and which quick link should I buy?
Will any 12speed link work? Or should it be something built for emtb?

The M20 has a standard Shimano M6100 chain, nothing emtb specific. If you want to keep it Shimano, their quick link is this one: SM-CN910-12 That said, YBN quick links are easier to find and are compatible.
