I have a Rancilio Silvia. What coffee machine do you have & why that one?
Me too! Plus a electric coffee grinder. Quality coffee beans from small raoster nearby. Takes a while and stable quality beans to get familiar with grinding grades and tampering.
Perfect espresso taste for starting a day or in between.

At work I have my personal Nespresso system since colleagues are brewing regular coffee either style slurry or insomnia.

PS: Coffee from fully automated coffee machines like Jura, Delonghi is sometimes called Cafe Funghi, as these boxes are difficult to clean inside and are quickly creating mold from coffee powders and brewing humidity.

A Pole I can get into!

We have been rocking a Jura Superautomatic Classic S9 for a few years now. Love it.

For when we want drip vs. espresso based drinks, we used to use a Cuisinart Grind & Brew, but after 15 years, it gave up, so we recently bought a Moccamaster setup and a Breville grinder. I don't quite have the grind down perfectly yet... We are working on it. I do like the ritual of grinding the fresh beans, the smell, the process jura recommended coffee beans... But the coffee isn't quite perfect yet.

I have a Breville Barista Pro. I chose it because it's an all-in-one machine with a built-in grinder, steam wand, and quick heat-up time, which is perfect for home use. It offers great espresso quality, and I appreciate how easy it is to adjust settings for different beans. It strikes a good balance between affordability and performance.
