Question about Allmtn 3.5

Hi. I have actually had my Allmtn 3.5 since August but just noticed that the crank on the driveside is almost rubbing against the chainstay. The other side has good clearance as you can see in the pitcures. I have also contacted Haibike about this. Waiting for their answer.

Looking for other Allmtn 3.5 owners to confirm if there is something bent or if this is normal.

Simplest explanation is that you've bent the crank. If you've got the tools can you take them both off to compare and check?
