Problems with Garmin 820 and Specialized app.

Hi,

I've only joined the forum today so I apologise if this question has been asked before. I have a Garmin 820 GPS that I have tried to download the Specialized App onto, but it doesn't work. I've downloaded the app onto my Garmin connect account and it shows IQ section on the website page. I have linked my laptop to my Garmin 820 with a USB cable and downloaded it to my Garmin 820. It doesn't show up in the IQ section of my 820, but Garmin connect says I have successfully downloaded it. I've done the same thing before with kamoot and trailforks and everything worked perfectly, but I cant get the Specialized app to work.

Are there any known issues with the 820, or am I doing something wrong?

It’s a data field so needs to be added to a page.
Hi Mark, Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure what you mean by "needs to be added to a page" Is that something I do on garmin connect or on the actual 820 unit?
