Ok, quite new to the forum and new to Electric powered bikes, got myself a Levo Expert 2019 used, bike is immaculate but when using it for the first time and checking it over found that when I press the + button I am not getting any increase in power. I press the full power button which works instantly, I can decrease the power by using the minus button but when I press the + button there is zero change to the lights on the control panel or to the power?
Can anyone shed some light onto the possible issue?

Thanks

Sounds like your remote (+ button) is not working properly...

The + button only works if you are in eco mode, where it puts you in Sports mode. Another push does not put you in Turbo mode (Well it doesn't on mine). You have to push the S turbo button for that. The - button does step you down through both modes to eco again.

On a 2019/2020 Levo a single push of the + button from Eco will give Trail and a double puch will give Turbo. If you don't get that, to me it sounds like a connector is not right - talk to your supplier.

Rusty is right. Owners manual will confirm this. By the way, in Eco, pressing - gives 0 support but system is still on and a press of + goes to Eco. Never used it.

Thanks for the reply. Will call dealer tomorrow to see what the issue is. Pressing the plus button does nothing.

This happened to mine. I had the motor replaced and it worked again. But mine was already not turning on/off by the button as well, first before losing the +

Hi all, thanks for the comments, I had another look at it and when taking the item off and put it back on the system is working as it should now. So maybe a loose connection or cables being stretched on bars? (y)
