Is the power data from the flow app the cyclist's data or the cyclist's data plus what is provided by the engine?

I looked back at a 90 min ride 30km with 700m elevation. Flow says average 225watts and strava said 307 watts.

If I was to guess I would say thats rider power, but then again I always thought flow showed combined?

If you change to no mode (motor on, but eco, sport etc not selected), you will see the flow app still shows a power number. To me that means it is recording rider power. And when a mode is selected after that, power amount goes down, so still showing rider output, likely less than with motor off.
