Pivot Shuttle SL Dropper Routing

I recently bought a Pivot Shuttle SL and the dropper housing was way too long. I have short legs so the dropper is slammed all the way to the collar, making the housing stick out quite a bit on the handlebar side. I decided to trim back the housing, but in the process the housing dropped from the seat tube into the downtube, with no easy way to reroute the housing. Any ideas on how to route the housing? Short of dropping the motor, I don't know how else I can route it. I'm guessing the magnetic routing tool doesn't work well for ebikes, especially around the motor. Any help will be appreciated!

Ok, i actually got it. It took a lot of wiggling, but I got a shifter cable from the seat tube through the downtube, then run the housing from the downtube back to the shift tube. Just needed a shifter cable long enough to pull through the bike and through the entire housing. 2+ hours to route one shifter housing, and mainly to avoid dropping the motor.
