Crankbrothers Highline dropper bracket

My bike came with above dropper. Its mounted using its own clamp and sits next to my brake clamp. I'd like to have it attached to brake clamp to tidy up bars. However, the current clamp precludes attachment via Sram Matchmaker as its an all in one clamp. I have attached pictures of what mine looks like and a pic of what I need. Does anyone know where I can get hold of the latter?
