Pike ultimate compression setting knob - should it do this? Charger 2.1

Just got a new, last year‘s model, pike ultimate. When I turn the high speed compression knob, the LSC bit in the middle turn as well. Should it do this?
Does anyone know how many clicks of HSC and LSC I should have?

That's the way it's supposed to operate.
The manufacturer of your bike might have a chart showing recommended settings.
