Bonnie !!
This is Bonnie who we adopted from a local cat rescue centre at 18 months old. Bonded with me and walks ahead of me everywhere outside. Waits for me to open the garage door and settles into her special place to keep me company while I mess with our bikes. Bright little Moggy with a bit of Siamese in her we think. A "puppycat".

Me over the last month clearing my local trails up after the storm here in Northern Ireland .
Some trails saved , some re-routed.
Just 5 trees left to clear this week then that's me till the next storm .😉

Anyway back to things Emtbing……had a few issues with the bike recently, had a 12km walk/push/ride/van recovery coming down from Windy Gyle in the Cheviots, the controller wouldn’t turn the motor on, then in the Yorkshire Dales the only way I got round was to not let the bike be stationary for more than 10 mins or press any button on the controller in that 10 min time frame so the motor wouldn’t switch itself off.
Fixed now new Purion fitted ( bike shop have to drop the motor to route cable )
£200.00……..ouch, but credit to Team Cycles on the Team Valley, Gateshead they turned the job round in s little over 3hrs after dropping the bike off

So good I posted it twice
Next time you organise a group ride up there, please let me know. Big arse drive for me but I do love riding there.

But the old bike is killing me ..... Literally. Today, the motor hooked up badly when I dropped off a big tree root, hurtling me over the bars. Thankfully I'm a really good at controlling my falls, and I tucked and rolled, doing no damage other than creases in my helmet.

It's so hard going from a really capable EMTB to an older one with much less capability. I just keep forgetting the bikes limits.

Should that be Slopwell rather than Chopwell? :)

Also what is he doing behind the tree? A crafty wee wee, perhaps? Just looking where his arm/hand is...

That is what the Yanks call a garage!
Other call it a park with the biggest collection of nudity but I stopped by the main gate.
