There’s a sign I must have read years ago but can’t remember. Passed by this location so many times I couldn’t count.
The trail builders have used chicken wire on some of the steeper skinnies we have around here but tend to avoid it as much as possible, Crashing on it is like crashing on a cheese grater on your legs and arms!Seen a few places in UK where they have short sections of that wooden bits they cover it with Chicken wire as we call it . No stopping if you started sliding on that.
Your going too fast haha . You get decent weather so probably shorts and t shirt. The trail builders have used chicken wire on some of the steeper skinnies we have around here but tend to avoid it as much as possible, Crashing on it is like crashing on a cheese grater on your legs and arms!

Face plant I know but Taco Rotor? Can you explain to a nosy guy as Guugle doesn‘t help.taco rotor
It’s like a taco wheel …only smaller. You’ll need a rock-hammer, or a T-25, to straighten out the rotor just to get home. For gawd’s sake don’t try to eat it.Face plant I know but Taco Rotor? Can you explain to a nosy guy as Guugle doesn‘t help.

Completely different understanding on this side of the Atlantic. I thought more about body injuries than material damages. It’s like a taco wheel …only smaller. You’ll need a rock-hammer, or a T-25, to straighten out the rotor just to get home. For gawd’s sake don’t try to eat it.

I’m out today too - waterproofs prepared!Your not alone this week anyway , out today first since Monday. Cycle wash bike welcome to winter eh
Similar here, one bright side was that the torrential rain continued so the bit on the road back to the house actually cleaned most of the crap off so it only need a light towel off to get it back into an indoors acceptable (If you live alone) state of "pretty yukky". If you don't live alone it would still fall into the category of "Don't even think about bringing that in here".Your not alone this week anyway , out today first since Monday.
