I keep mine in a top shirt pocket with button undone when I'm walking hills. I drink from burn plop in it goes 3 times so far. When the slop is a bit deeper than you thought. Front wheel goes in, gut hits the bars, phone comes off, best part is you don’t know it’s gone until you’re 2 miles down the road

So how many times does it have to happen before it clicks that you really should fasten that button ?..I keep mine in a top shirt pocket with button undone when I'm walking hills. I drink from burn plop in it goes 3 times so far.

Pensioners day out at the Cabrach. Summited Corriehabbie 781 mtrs. Lot of eh what did you say, left not right you silly old &&&& . Few river crossings as well thrown in . Luckily Drummond worked for the waterboard all his life so we're in safe hands. Very cold minus 3 or 4 so first frosty ride for us all. Great to get out though.

Brilliant. I'm usually solo so it's a treat to cycle with people. Except the same route takes at least twice as long. 6 hours yesterday probably only did 24 miles max.The three of you looked like you’ve lost a tenner and found a pound
While I'm not averse to riding solo I much prefer riding with others ..there's just something about sharing the occaision with like minded mates ..and the daft craic .Brilliant. Agree I'm finding it's happening more often now me going with a few lads.. A few folk i know started cycling a lot more seriously since ebikes came on the go . Exploring is so easy nowadays. While I'm not averse to riding solo I much prefer riding with others ..there's just something about sharing the occaision with like minded mates ..and the daft craic .
The fact that it takes longer is a fair trade for the company
Be careful in that tunnel . The Said man went through that tunnel and Bandits set upon him . They ragged him and shagged him and sent him on his way rejoicing. Haha remember it's Saturday night and anything goes OK.View attachment 129300 View attachment 129301 View attachment 129302 Finally in the mountains. Rode carefully according to the heartbeats and even through the rapper's tunnel
SCNR! It would be sad to leave this in the rotor thread….…….
Flow Job - Cowboy Trail System, Las Vegas Nevada. Stopping is over rated....
Always fancied Las Vegas the strip mostly but I could handle a couple of rides . Need to be winter though I think.
I have a murky past and although I have worked in America since the troubles . There is still a rigmaroll for me to go there on holiday .Yepp, Death Valley July some years ago, 47 Celsius. Quite an experience to get outside for one not having been to such climate before.

It's an interesting thing when considering Las Vegas for mountain biking. When I first heard that Las Vegas had trails, I laughed and thought, no way the place is nothing but desert. Who would think Sin City has some excellent world class mountain biking trails? Yes Virginia, there really is a Santa Claus, Vegas has some bad ass trails.Always fancied Las Vegas the strip mostly but I could handle a couple of rides . Need to be winter though I think.
Got to be honest ..not 100% on the colour scheme ..but I've given you a like because of Miggy Almiron & Darren Eales

Theoretically, you can ride Vegas anytime of the year....Vegas get's hotter than Hell in the summer months. As an example, Vegas daytime temps for July average around 105 degree Fahrenheit/40.5 Celsius. One must adapt and overcome...Vegas average night time temps for July is 81 degrees Fahrenheit/27 Celsius. Who doesn't love a late night moonlit ride. Fall, winter and spring months are perfect. As an added plus, Vegas doesn't get a lot of rain, so the trails are rarely rutted or blown out.
Here are some additional pictures of trails around the Vegas area:

Funny, I've always thought any day on a mountain bike with friends is great. I've been blessed with the ability to not be bored when riding. I love riding Ventura and Santa Barbara. My way of thinking is that all trails are good. You are right, Boneshaker is technical and good.Tunnel Trail in Santa Barbara CA. Quite a few people have lost their lives at this spot as it is a 200ft or so drop...but VERY techy to get to this spot, let alone the entire 2200ft of descent over 3mi. Anyway, look up vids...
As far as Vegas, ride Bootleg Canyon and Boneshaker.....other than that I find most other trails to be....lacking and boorish.
