Rode all the trails at Nockamixon on Sunday. Even rode the one I crashed on a couple months ago. Nice day if a bit muddy in some (many) places. Nothing like what I've seen here from the UK riders.

Super dry conditions on a trail rated Black but runs like a Double Black resulted in a grade 3 sprained ankle. :poop:

I was googling knolly to see the ebike.... then I realised you have slapped a knolly batch on a kenevo sl just to confuse ignorant plebs like me.

PS. Bring on the double blacks. Not many ebikers smashing big stuff. Load up some action shots. That track sounds sweet.

Haha... I made a wrap for my Kenevo cuz of the obnoxious SPECIALIZED that is splashed out all over the frame in GIANT WHITE letters (you missed the Ohlins Kashima forks... the colors messed with the Feng shui! of the bike!). Have you ever noticed when you say "hi" to anyone on the trail, they always look at what bike you are riding first? I have owned 10 Knollys and only 3 Specialized so my allegiance lies else where.
I tend to ride by myself or when I do group rides, no one wants to stop for photos. You can see video of the trails I ride around here in my tag line. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2zZG25wQ970XJ2Amk1yC9A

An explorer ride today out of Mosedale, Cumbria ..the very eastern edge of the Lake District ..at least 50% of the trails ridden were unknown to any of us ...and truth be known a little naughty 😉
These " wild ponies " were on the first section of the ride ..

Mike , me & Richy are the other wild ponies 😁
The first off-road bit on the Redgate b/ way ..which then turns into a path ..

We were wondering where Dave was ..turns out his chain snapped ..

The tracks over Lowthwaite & Longlands Fells were something else both up & down in terms of steepness

The drop back down from Skiddaw House is fantastic on a techy bridleway ..but to be honest the whole ride was spot -on 👌
Cheers lads
Edit: Wayne's numbers for the route ..that might explain why my legs feel a bit hollow this morning 😁

Fabulous conditions tonight in the Derbyshire Dales
We love a bit of X-wing Kenevo.

You should add a second rear mud guard zipped to the chainstay which overlaps (on the outside of the existing one) the first one, otherwise all the crap gets funnelled into the linkages/motor hole - there's more in the 2018/19 Kenevo thread.

But something like this (just a cheapo under saddle clip on guard cut to size)

I have a much better one than what I'm running at the moment, just won't fit with the 2.8 Eddy Current. The one in the pic is getting binned as it does nothing 🤣👍

Popped my Greno Woods virginity today like nothing I've ridden before ( Smashes Cannings out the park ). Above my limit but had a great couple of hours riding within my limit here. Was hoping to get over to Wharncliffe but I twinged my back and it flared up so had to call it a day early. Cased and rolled nearly all the features lol but still had an awesome time and more importantly survived to ride again.

Daily morning ride to get to some trails. Glad I look up once in awhile. Surprise!
IMG_1326.jpeg

Tried backing up but he just kept coming.
IMG_1327.jpeg
Eventually backed into a hiker. (Not sure who was worse). IMG_6605.jpeg
The hiker and I backed into an exit of another trail. The big guy just kept coming. IMG_6605.jpeg

We let him safely pass. 400lb+ black bear…couldn’t even care about us.

Is that Burke? I wonder if it was the same one I saw last month when I was riding up the road to Deliverance. I yelled and yelled at the bear but he kept walking towards me. I pulled off to the side of the road as far as possible but it kept walking and eventually went into the bush beside the road around 20 feet from me. I was shaken but not enough to ride back down THAT road!

If I lived where you do a spare pair of undercrackers and a bog roll would be an essential part of my back pack kit ..
He was a big lad !
