Performance CX (smart System) mini remote stops working

2023 Orbea Ride with Bosch CX Smart system

The mini remote keeps not working - like it looses connection with the bike.
Remote Battery is new.

You have to use the frame switch to do anything and then the remote works for a bit and then stops again

Bike is brand new 2023 model.

Any ideas what to do?

I had a similar issue with my Cube stereo hybrid sl fitted with Bosch Cx, It was faulty wiring on the kiox switch unit.
