Out of warranty repairs

Has anyone had a motor sent back to shimano for a repair that's was out of warranty? Had the w013 and e010 come up on my bike a few times, it's with the lbs at the minute. Just don't fancy forking out £800 for a new motor

OK, Thanks. In Facebook upper line I had selected ALL, then changed to GROUPS and now it is found. Looks like ALL does not include GROUPS.

Mine is with the dealer now trying to sort a replacement. I have a Jam2 2017 . My next step will be trying to get a repair if unsuccessful. Let me know how you get on

Still no available repair kits or spare parts. Insides are made of plastic unlubricated gears. Closest shop to buy a new motor for 900euro is Poland, 1200km away from my city. to Shimano for maintenance availability.
