Has anyone ever received an order in a good timeframe from Orbea? Last time I think my order was a mix of in and out of stock items (which got delayed) so it took forever.
This time I only ordered parts that were in stock but 14 days later it's still doesn't have an estimated shipping date (which means I'm pretty sure it's not despatched yet) and I've not had any email updates.
If you order spares, it's probably because you need them to fix your bike - ie they're pretty urgent.
