Orbea Rise won’t charge

Just plugged in the Rise to charge it and nothing. The light on the charger flashes blue very quickly and goes out. Been working fine up to now, anyone got any ideas. The bike turns on and works fine, just won’t charge.

I’m guessing it’s a faulty charger, as when I plug it in, it flashes blue briefly, then goes out. According to the manual, it’s supposed to blink blue continuously.

It was indeed a faulty charger. Just waiting for a new one, so been without the bike for 2 weeks and counting!

It’s now 3 weeks and counting. Despite being told the charger was due to be delivered to the dealer last week, they’ve now told me that Orbea haven’t actually despatched it yet

Got a week away booked in less than 2 weeks and meant to be taking the bikes but now looks like this isn’t going to happen, what a bummer

Bummer. I hope that it was just a faulty charger, oh and shame on Orbea for dropping the ball on your replacement charger.
