First let me say, I purchased my Orbea Rise M10 in September 2023, 1200 trail miles, crossed over to the dark side to MTB after a life time road biker and no regrets, love the bike. Needed help due to these old legs 
I have seen several post on different forums regarding problems with the Orbea smart charger. At the time I had no issues then bam the gremlins got me. It seems like although the blue light is on unless you unplug and reset its brains it won’t charge( slow blinking blue). Problem is that doesn’t always work without 4 or 5 or more resets. A bit frustrating. I did recently contact Orbea to see if it’s under warranty(doubt it) or they have some sort of fix. Have not heard back yet, they are usually pretty good at responding. I will give you an update once I hear back. In the meantime, if anyone has thoughts, know of a replacement charger post away. That’s happy trails
