I assume what you mean is that you want to convert the bike to headset cable routing, if so, the answer is no, you cannot do that on early generation rise models. In order to do that, you need to be able to use the same headset bearing in the frame on both the bottom and the top (1 - 1/2" or 1.5"). The early H and M series rises use the standard, integrated headset bearings for a tapered fork (1-1/8" tapered to 1-1/2").

in order to do this, the top bearing and diameter of the headset need to be physically larger and match the bottom, which they do not. Trust me, this is a good thing anyway as headset cable routing is terrible. This to me, is one of the biggest draw backs of the new model over the old.

Leave the cables and hoses outside the headset. Integrated cable are the worst thing that happened to bikes. Mechanics love it when it comes to change the upper bearing.
