I have bought OneUp Dropper Post V2 to replace my current X-Fusion Manic on Levo Comp 2020, I bought just a dropper as I planned to keep the cable and stock (Specialized) lever. But as I now see this won't work as stock cable has a fixed cable end at the lever but with OneUp dropper I need fixed end at dropper side. The bolt-on cable barrel which is now on the dropper side of the cable is to wide to fit it in OneUp dropper actuator. Anyone with similar experiances have any tips how to solve this? I know worst case scenario is that I will have to buy a new lever (and maybe a new cable) but this would be impossible to do in next week or two ...

Unfortunately I think you've answered your own question. Put your old one back on till the shops get stock back in. If you have a google on MTBR oneup thread you'll find people have difficulty with their posts not dropping using their existing levers. I tried two & couldn't get it to drop with weight on the saddle - I had to unweight, push the lever then sit down on the seat to drop it. This is a common problem & a pita! I ended up buying a Zitto lever with a big bearing that had a lot more leverage for the input force & it's running well now though it did take a while for delivery. Good luck

Run the inner cable the opposite way round ( with the fixed end at dropper post) , then sneak up to the nearest giant and steal their lever.

If you can't catch the giant rider, drill and tap a hole for a grub screw into the specialized lever..
