Noob from Northumberland

Hi all,

I bought myself a Giant Reign E back in February after finally realising that I'd have a lot more fun on a bike with a motor to help with the un-fun bits.

Would certainly love to hear about any good riding spots in / around Northumberland. Already quite familiar with Thrunton / Chopwell / Hamsterley / Tweed Valley.

Keep a look out in the rideout section ..there are a few of us riding regularly ..you would be welcome to join us ..
Nothing as such this weekend ..but there will be another ride ( tba) 23rd April .

What about creating an emtb forum ne strava group?

Won't catch me on any Strava group ..we rode Simonside / Rothbury 2 weeks ago ..I suppose it all depends on how much notice you take of " closed " signs !
I noticed you didn't mention anything at all about the Cheviots / Upper Coquetdale ..which any mtb'er worth his salt knows that it's the best riding in the County ..

I've been around Rothbury / Simonside and up Alwinton way a few times on my analogue bike. Have yet to do them on an ebike.

Then you are in for a treat ..the route on the 23rd will most probably be a Cheviot ride..I will keep you posted..
