No battery display

Hi just arrived on holiday to do some mtb with my lad.

And have a no battery error. I just took the battery out to charge it a bit as it was at 75% not getting the attached no battery sign

It’s a Bosch cx gen4 on a moustache trail 10
Any ideas on how to reset/fix it.

If your local bike shop (LBS) is a Bosch motor dealer they may be able to diagnose the issue.
You may want to ensure there is a good battery connection when the battery is reinstalled by you. I’m not familiar with the moustache trail 10 wiring but a poor connection at the battery could cause that.

I’m near Pickering and I think big bear bikes are Bosch dealers. I will take it in first thing

I should really become familiar with wiring system schematics for Bosch. Colour codes for wiring harness, motor ports, Kiox feeds etc. Then I’ll sound smurt even though I’m not.
