Thanks .I was in and around various shops in Glasgow today .I also noticed the cube stereo .I also got the impression that the specialised whilst being the most popular also has had a few issues with the motors . All very confusing really and none in my size .Large . The Cube looked pretty good value .

Search the forum the noise is just anoying but under warranty I did not let it stop me from buying a 2019 kenevo.

Aftersales suport is pretty much the only reason I'd buy an E-bike from a shop instead of online (Online is undoubtably cheaper but not so good support if anything goes wrong).
If you're buying a Spesh in Glasgow. I'd definitely be spending my money in Dales as they have been a massive specialized dealer for as long as I can remember and have a lot of clout with them. Specialized warranty is very good anyway but going with a shop that turns over so many can only be a bonus.
As for what bike to go for. That's a huge question and depends massively on your riding preferences. There's loads of info on most of the most popular bikes to read through here and elsewhere online though.
Good luck.

Use the search function (UP ^^ THERE) to search threads (and titles) for the brands/models you're inerested in and you might have more luck asking specific questions in those threads rather than waiting for someone to randomly read your requests on info about various bikes in an introduction thread.. like I said there's plenty info on loads of different bikes here but most forum members (not all) are only really going to be able to recommend what they have owned and maybe a few others they have ridden for a short time on a test ride or perhaps owned by friends' . By far the most owned bike on the forum is the levo/kenevo so if you ask which bike to get which one do you think will be mentioned most? ;)

Where you ride most and what sort of trails you prefer and somewhat how you ride them should will narrow down what bikes are going to suit you best more than anything else.
