Newbie looking for first emtb

Thinking of getting an emtb so planning on scanning around for ideas on what might be a gd choice

i got an sworks levo, it's nice, for half the amount you can get a yt. You should demo bikes with the different motors, i rode a shimano and it was on/off kind of jerky power delivery, it might have just been that particular bike beaten on too much. The brose is smooth but i'm on my second motor so there is that.

What sort of riding do you want to do?

I've recently ordered a Levo SL, as I was going through what I want, and I just want a little help, I dont feel I want the full help and weight, after testing a SL I found it was more than enough power for me.

Still, may be better to list a rough budget to work with.

The Cube Stereo Hybrid HPC 140 series has some decent options at various price points.

Thanks all for the comments. Certainly wanting to get out and demo a few different bikes to get a feel for different motors etc. Any recommendations for where could be gd to try quite a few different bikes back to back from different brands? Travel across the UK not really that big an issue
