Hi,

Firstly a big thankyou to you all for all the information on this forum. I have been in the background stealing all your knowledge for months. I live in Kent and am fortunate to have natural trails a few pedal strokes away.
My Cube action team has now completed 450 miles and telling me the Kiox memory is low. This warning comes up for about 2 seconds in the first few minutes of my ride, normaly just as I head down the first fast downhill from home when its too scary to look at the screen ! I have had no luck finding out how to clear the memory, is it the recorded activities I need to clear ?

Any help much appreciated

I have a Kiox also but I’ve never seen that warnIng. The only thing i can think of is; a regular reset or daily reset. I believe this only resets some data which is no longer needed. But you may have tried this already. This option is in the Kiox settings.

Hi,

Thanks for the sugestion, I already have it set up to reset daily. I emailed Bosch who replied the same day, they believe it is a software issue and reccommend a visit to my LBS, as I'm due the 500 mile service soon & will combine the two and will update on the outcome.

Cheers

Hi
I Noticed your post re Kiox Low Memory.
My Cube Stereo HPC 140 does the same, after 500 miles use. When first turning it on, the 'Warning Memory below 20%" comes on. It goes off after a few seconds. Called into my bike shop, where they quickly plugged it in and cleared the fault. However it's come straight back on, so it'll have to go back in when there's more time. Don't know about you, but my battery range seems to have dropped since the warning has come on.....?

Quik update, went out for a ride this morning and just got over the 500 mile mark. Range is the same and so is the warning message ! I did wonder if being linked to Komoot might be using up some memory, so i cancelled the link and still no change. Now waiting to get the bike booked in for a service

Quick Update: Had my Cube Stereo back in the dealer, in regards to the Kiox Memory below 20% issue They ended up having to take all the software off the bike/Kiox and then re-load it back on, with the help of the Bosch tech guy. Anyway I've 40 Lake District off-road miles this week with no issues so far!

Having the same problem. I hope there's a better solution than taking it to a dealer or living with it as is. Seems like there should be a way to clear out whatever rides it has stored in its memory.

I've just remembered I used to get this and nobody, lbs or other, could help. I can't remember how I got rid of it but it's gone now.
I think after I plugged it into my Mac and synced everything.

Yeah got it sorted now. You just need to sync the Bosch ap with kiox and it all goes away
