New Whyte e160 RS V1 owner in Cheshire

Hello all,

Got my first ebike last Friday, a Whyte e160 RS V1. Come from an Orange Crush Hardtail, so its a bit different!

Based in Cheshire, close to Delamere Forest. I've put a few miles on the bike already and I'm very, very impressed.


Excuse the crappy stock pedals, I've some Hope on order, should be here this week. The wife couldn't fathom why a 6k bike doesn't come with pedals

I've got the same ..from last October..fantastic bike ..
Check in on the Whyte section which is a good source of info for any questions you may have ongoing .

I was lucky, didn’t actually order it. Found a new one hiding in Mountain Mania after speaking to the owner!

Not all that sneaky - it’s a place near me where 6 counties can be seen on a clear day!

The stones mark the direction of the county. I leant the bike there so I could get the sun in shot ?

Similar here - top of my local, Winter Hill, I can see the counties of North Wales, Cheshire, Merseyside, Derbyshire, West Yorkshire, Cumbria and Greater Manchester!

I got mine last August i think it's brilliant as well....here's a couple of pictures from the same place in sunny December....

I'm not that far from Delamere and go quite often.....when we are allowed out again.

There’s people on here waiting months for there bikes to be delivered, after ordering them & waiting. Then you just happen to be speaking to the boss at MM, & he finds you one in a corner. Lucky “B” started. Get in. ????????‍

I’m only over the road from the Old Pale. Been very busy these past few weeks.
be nice when this is all over and the trails quieten down a bit!

Put my name down at every LBS and chain I could find.
I was staring to think I was in for a long wait.
