New TREK Rail 9.7 added to the fleet

Hi all, well brought this Rail 9.7 about 4 weeks ago now and been loving the eeb feeling ever since its added to my fleet along with my TREK Remedy 9 RSL and TREK Dual Sport 3.

All in loving the EMTB and the surge it gives you when climbing

Adding bits as I go along, Invisi wrapped from new.

Temped buying one, same model for 5850 €, brand new. I have got a Slash 8 2022, so I could easly swap the Lyrik select plus charger 2.1 170 mm and the superdeluxe ultimate, 230X62.5.

The 9.7 has the "old" frame and a smaller battery. I went through many reviews and users reports and got the feeling the "right Rail" for me (60Kg, 1.74 cm) should be the older, shorter and lighter frame-battery package. It's feasible building a 22 Kg bike without spending crazy money.

Thanks, still enjoying the ride and bike, giving me more smiles per mile too, battery wise done a few longer rides to get the range abilities, so the mark is now around 4000ft and 41 miles or so, once it gets warmer can see that increasing some too.

great! As for the frame and battery size, it's great that you found a good balance between weight and cost. Sometimes, having a lighter bike can be more beneficial than having the biggest battery.

Haha I wonder how fast the battery would explode at 150kw!
