Levo Gen 3 New Levo Won’t Turn On

Hey all, I just finished assembling my new Levo. Unfortunately it won’t turn on. Pretty anti climactic to not be able to ride it after all the work assembling it.

Any ideas why it wouldn’t start? I charged the battery. I plugged in the bike into the battery and tightened the battery bolt. I pressed the power button briefly, then tried longer and longer. No matter how long I hold the power button, no luck.

My best guess is I’m missing a pin on the bike connector. Or is it supposed to have 3 pins?

I checked and the TCU is plugged in. Green to green, black to black.

Is it possible for the TCU wires to become disconnected somewhere other than up by the TCU itself?

I’d check all wiring again as per the schematics from the assembly manual. There has to be a missing connection somewhere.

I was hesitant to tear into the bike but it turned out to be easy enough.

This connector circled in red was loose.

Seems the bike design would benefit from a cable clamp to prevent the cord from pulling out the connector.
