New Levo comp, needs a code for Mission Control App

I tried to link my new Levo Comp to the Mission Control app. The App pops up a "Bluetooth Pairing Request" on my phone that the battery would like to pair with the iphone and wants me to put in a code shown on "WSB-C6011etc." Where do I find the code or is this a glitch. Can't find a fix anywhere.

Hi, Is it the new 2019 Levo?
If it is you should have a sticker on the bike that gives you this info.

It is the BLE: and should be a six digit code.

The alternative method, as per the Mission Control 2.0 - Frequently Asked Questions, is to look underneath the bike power button/display on the top-tube. To remove the display and find your code, simply undo the single T10 Torx bolt and gently pull the display upwards and towards the front wheel - the 6 digit code will be visible on a white sticker on the side of your display.

Turns out the sticker had the wrong code on it. Told the bike shop to open the power button, used the number there and it worked. They had no idea, so thanks for the detailed reply.

Thanks for that. I wondered why I couldn't pair. I just gave up thinking my old phone was shit and waiting for new phone to arrive
