I've always found the easiest way to " buddy up" ..is to take the initiative and post your own ride(s) with brief route details, date & start time and see if anyone else is interested in joining you .
There is a " Rideout " section near the bottom of this forum page under " Other Forums " ..give it a go and see what happens and keep posting your rides ..
You're a little too far away for an invite from our group ..but hey if you are ever in Northumberland with your bike shout out ..

Always fun, and only one person injured in many years (I did say "don't do it, I'm not!") He recovered.
