Levo Gen 3 New Gen 3 Levo motor tight and breaking chains

I have a new (2022 but got them on sale) Turbo Levo Expert Carbon. My wife has the same bike just in a different color. I’ve broken two chains in the first week and when changing the second one I noticed the motor drags without the chain on (Just turning the cranks by hand). I pulled the chain off my wife’s bike to compare and her bike turns with about half the resistance as mine. Any ideas?

Take it back to the shop and show them.
