Unlike some, I don't have lots of monies to throw at snazzy Hope brakes or Saints! However, I've just upgraded from the basic SRAM Level T anchors on my Levo FSR to the new BR-MT520 Shimano Deore 4 pots and can honestly say they're in a different league. Bloody bargain too.. caliper isn't as sleek as say XTs but they are there to do a job in my opinion, not look bling. Highly recommended (unless you're a SRAM brakes kinda guy)...

I fitted the same brakes to my Trek. They're very, very good for the money.

I bet they're great. Do they have allen key adjustment at the levers? Looks like something a little different going on there. I like the adjustments on the slx,xt, and saints(zee doesn't have it) but I'd be ok with an Allen key adjust for a bargain

Yes mate the levers aren't "tool free"... but most riders have a set of Allen keys! Thet feel no different to my old XTs to be honest.

Great. Thanks. I used to buy the cheaper shimano brakes for that reason. I need 4 pots now though so these should fit the bill
