new bosch error code just appeared

Hi my 2019 trek powerfly just popped up a new error code which has resulted in no power. Any idea what is causing this & of course how to fix it?

Thats the error code for the internal belt.
"Restart the system. If the error persists, contact your local dealer"

No it's not.

It's either one of these:
Internal Drive Unit software error → Motor support is switched off
Internal Drive Unit software error→ Delayed motor support in the starting phase

UPDATE - new motor installed. Bosch replaced it without having even received the old one. The LBS tried riding the bike and it literally locked up a couple of times. Clearly a mechanical failure inside. Out of interest does the new Bosch motor have a two year warrantee?
