Just picked it up today from the shop. Planning to ride on Monday with it, but here's the first pictures. Replacing my Rail 5 as my EMTB (and need to sell the Rail (limited storage and an imposed domestic requirement).

It's looks awesome. Can I ask why you swapped from full fat to light weight?
I've just tested ridden a Rail and EXe and ordered the EXe.

Primarily weight and nimbleness. I find the Rail almost too planted when descending and sometime harder to correct if I'm off line. I like the more conventional mountain bike feel of the EXe.

Although some of the stuff around here to ride is really pure downhill and the Rail excels at that, we also have trails that were originally built when we rode 26inchers and the Rail is just too big and the weight doesn't help with navigating that stuff.
