New 2024 Heckler with loose battery issues.

So first off, I did a search here and online. found limited info on this for fix. So I just purchased two new 2024 Hecklers. Both of them have the battery mounting issues. I have tried to adjust the latches bit they won't sit in sight. Went for a ride and the battery rattled. I see solutions with velcro straps... But these were both new very expensive bikes. I'm going to get my LBS to put in a warranty claim. But does anyone have a solution for this. I tried adjusting the latch multiples times wont no luck. Cheers and thx in advance,

i'm on my second heckler 9,both are the same.

not only does it look shit and doesnt fit correctly but it also lets in loads of dirt.

I wouldn't have taken them out of the shop looking like that, that's beyond poor.

For a "premium" bike brand its so bad its laughable. As others have said take it back to the dealer
