Ok... So got a X2 from a ge3 levo ... was not happy with it.. pressure was way to high 310psi (300 max) to get to my sag, and it was such a pain to set up... looked cool though.

Went to the bike shop and swapped it with someone who bought a lower spec gen3 with a float X ... so now have the float x and I so much happier. Easier to set up and has a better range with volume adjustment. I am sitting at 260psi which I am much more comfortable with . Add a $30 low speed compression dial and I have not a Float X performance elite with a specialised tune.
so far so good... and I think will be high more reliable than the X2 on the Levo's

So a downgrade but also a upgrade. sometimes simplicity is key..

Thanks for info! Considering an upgrade either to float x2 or coil. I guess if I go air shock, float x will be better option then. Seems like I’d need around 290 psi for x2 which is too much, good to hear that float x requires less.
