Whats interesting is the bike its fitted too - looks a little like a Specilized enduro linkage, or an SC?

It's similar in that it has "remote" ? linkages. But completely different. I can't tell what the hell it is. Rather than a forward and then rearward linkage it seems to run the pivot vertically. One thing is certain, it has the new Pyramid rear triangle system ...

Yup it doest look like anteing I am familiar with and you cant see the full linkage , but the low shock placement does point towards some of the usual suspects.

IIRC Cannondale did a of the development mule work for the Gen 4

It reminds me of something else I've seen recently, but I can't put my finger on it.. Not the same, but very similar in the parallel movement.

I hear they are going to use this for steering as well; replacing traditional handlebars. Joy stick will control forward, braking, left and right. Red button turbo mode. Any truth to that rumor?
