If anyone without a tinfoil hat on wants to understand exactly what the new shaft/seal head assembly achieves, how it works and how it will perform in comparison to previous incarnations, Here's an attractive guy in a tight T shirt to run through it all for you. He explains it pretty well.

I am about to order this as forks need a service but I am having trouble finding the seal number for the low friction seals. Or can someone give me the old part number so I don't order that one?

Yup, i'll be doing this, always bugged me that the fork sat really low in its travel! Had mine on order for over a month now, looking forward to getting it installed!

Been running the 21 spring upgrade on a 170 Lyrik for about 100 miles now. Does what it says on the tin with the fork generally sitting higher in its travel :)

Fork still sags 10mm with the bikes weight tho as you would expect.

You guys still setting your sag to the fork markings? It’s ok I’ve got 10psi less and it’s still only on 25% sag?

With this upgrade I lowered pressure from 90 to 77 psi to have about the same sag as before the upgrade ...

Just came back from a ride and the front even though the same sag feels higher like I’ve put a 10mm stem spacers in,I’m guessing if you were to set the sag previously while riding you’d of probably seen 35% just seens to hold its nose up more and noticed more pop of jumps with nearly 15psi less ?
